WE must keep our eye on the prize - that is the message from Brexiteer and MEP Jonathan Bullock.
East Midlands MEP Jonathan Bullock said: "It is now more than two years since we voted for Brexit and it seems UKIP is the only party which wants to see it through.
JONATHAN Bullock has described three Tory East Midlands MPs as 'mad, bad and dangerous to know.'
I read with interest the 'warnings' that failing to agree an exit deal with the EU will lead to 'serious harm' to the economy.
It is not surprising a recent survey carried out by Liberal Democrat councillors in Bassetlaw showed that 77 per cent of respondents felt the Brexit negotiations were going poorly.
They are - thanks to this Government's inept handling of the talks and its policy of bowing to the EU's big stick approach at every turn.
In Bassetlaw, 68 per cent of people voted to leave in the 2016 referendum. This survey snapshot had a mixed bag of opinions and views but it does show that the people of Bassetlaw feel the Brexit talks are going badly. A view most other people nationwide would agree with.
The British Government has danced to the EU's tune throughout and it is time to show some steel.
